Seeking psychotherapy could be hard; a part of you wants to address difficult issues and a part defers dealing with them. Initiating psychotherapy is a courageous first step; it is not easy to break a logjam that had snared progress. To begin psychotherapy and move forward takes a leap of faith to trust, to think, to feel, to grow, and to change.
